Buffalo-style Meatloaf

Meatloaf:
1 lb ground chicken
3 pc bread, cubed
2 jalapenos, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 stalks celery diced
1/2 red onion diced
1 egg
1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
salt and pepper

Topping:
Buffalo sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese (optional)

Bake 350 for 60 min.

In the summer you can make it into a burger recipe by removing the bread, egg, and go lighter on the veggies. It's ohhh soo good!
